A soup which has a delicious taste of tangy flavors, Raspberry Soup is the super-amazing dish which you could serve to the guests in a party organized at the house!
Ingredients for Raspberry Soup:
Tomato - 1 kilogram
Extra virgin olive oil - 1/2 cup
Raspberry - 250 gm
Red bell pepper - One
Water as per requirement
Cold water - 2 cup
For The Seasoning:
Salt as per requirement
Black pepper as per requirement
For Garnishing:
Mint - 2 sprigs
For The Main Dish:
Red wine vinegar - 1/2 cup
Orange juice - 1 1/2 cup
How to prepare Raspberry Soup:
Step-1) To make this awesome soup recipe, clean tomatoes, raspberries and red bell pepper in running water & put them beside. Now, place a deep-bottom vessel over a moderate flame & pour water in it. Have tomatoes in the vessel & boil them. Post boiling the tomatoes, turn off the burner & bring out the tomatoes. Place them in cold water & put them beside.
Step 2) Them, take the chopping board & well chop this red bell pepper. Once the tomatoes are cool and cut every tomato in 4 pieces into a big vessel. Now combine together the cut raspberries, tomatoes, & red bell pepper along with extra virgin olive oil, orange juice, red wine vinegar, & salt in a big bowl. (Keep in mind: Leave two to three raspberries to garnish.)
Step 3) Into the blender jar, have the tomato & pepper mix & blend till soft to the fine puree. And strain the puree into a large vessel & close it with the lid, place the bowl in the refrigerator for fifteen-twenty mins. to chill. While chilled, bring out the soup & season with pepper and salt as per the taste. Now garnish with rest mint leaves and raspberries. Enjoy chilled!
