Carrot Recipes

Carrots are one of the healthiest vegetables that have multiple health. It is hence regarded as the orange superfood. Gujarat’s Special: Chana Dal Dhokla

Remember that Gujarati friend who used to bring that lip-smacking Dhoklas to college? Yes, Dhoklas are that amazing and so are Gujarati friends. Chana Dal Dhokla is a traditional Gujarati dish. There are many types of Dhoklas like Makai Dhokla, Nylon Khaman Dhokla, Chana Dal Dhokla, etc. Out of all, Chana Dal Dhokla is my favorite.
